“Alone Together” is a guided journal set that supports the practice of mindfulness and self-reflection, but together with a friend. Learning how to practice mindfulness and self-care can sometimes be intimidating or task oriented. These journals are intended to guide self-reflection while supporting the maintenance of friendship. Each kit comes with two journals, one for you and one for a friend. The journal offers a variety of prompts for individual reflection, as well as opportunities to respond to prompts for a friend's journal. In the spirit of strengthening friendships, each journal also includes suggestions for activities to do with your friend. Sections of the journal are dedicated to reflecting on those activities together.
